Refunds
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS EXCEPT WHERE A PRODUCT IS MATERIALLY DEFECTIVE OR SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT FROM ITS DESCRIPTION IN THE SALES COPY AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
To make a refund request:
(1) email your request to help@persuasivepage.com; or
(2) mail your request to Persuasive Page Pty Ltd., Attention: Refunds Department, P.O. Box 30, Beechboro WA 6063 Australia, with confirmation of delivery by signature.
Refund requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them.
Subscription Cancellations
If you want to cancel your Adventures in Copyland! subscription, please make your cancellation request by one of the following methods:
(1) email your request to help@persuasivepage.com; or
(2) mail your request to Persuasive Page Pty Ltd., Attention: Subscription Department, P.O. Box 30, Beechboro WA 6063 Australia, with confirmation of delivery by signature.
When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID FOR THE CURRENT OR PRIOR BILLING PERIODS.
Example: If you became a monthly subscriber on January 14th, and the Company processes cancellation of your subscription on March 21st, you would continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until April 13th and there will not be a refund of any part of the last month’s subscription fee or prior months’ fees either. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after April 13th.
To ensure your subscription does not automatically renew for another subscription term, we must receive your cancellation request a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the end of the current subscription term.
Do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them.
We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by email.
Future Subscription Ban
If your subscription is cancelled, we reserve the unilateral right to ban you (for any reason or for no reason whatsoever) from subscribing again in the future.
Force Majeure
We, our principals, employees, independent contractors, and agents shall not be liable for failure to perform any of our obligations under this policy during any period in which we cannot perform due to fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, casualty, war, terrorism, embargo, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, act of God, or the intervention of any government authority, or similar cause beyond our control.
This Policy and Customer Agreements
Any customer agreement between us supersedes this policy to the extent there is any conflict with the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.
Australian Privacy Act, CCPA, GDPR, and LGPD Fees
Any fees charged to process a request made under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 to § 1798.199 (“CCPA”), Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or Brazil’s General Law on Protection of Personal Data, Law No. 13,709/2018 (“LGPD”), whether the processing is voluntary or by legal mandate, are not eligible for a refund.
